Windows photo viewer cannot open any of my jpeg files.
It gives me the message:"windows photo viewer can't open this picture because either photo viewer doesn't support this file format or you don't have the latest updates to photo viewer." The same pictures open just fine in paint, and on my laptop with the same OS on photo viewer so I am positive it is not a problem with the pictures themselves. would prefer to try and fix windows photo viewer rather then download a different program but I have not found any solution thus far.
When you install Photoshop or Photoshop Elements, a version of the Camera Raw plug-in is automatically installed.
Adobe periodically releases new versions of the Camera Raw plug-in that add support for new digital camera models.
Bulk File Changer is a replacement for the old File Date Changer utility.Open Photoshop or Photoshop Elements and then do one of the following: Install the latest version of the Camera Raw plug-in that your version of Photoshop or Photoshop Elements is compatible with.(See Camera Raw-compatible Adobe applications, if necessary.) For example, if your version of Photoshop is compatible with Camera Raw versions through 4.6, then install version 4.6.For example: If you download a new file from the Internet, the file is created at the moment you start to download it, and its modified time is set to the time that the last byte was written to the file. This means that the created/modified time difference represents the duration of downloading process.
